Ms. Lori G. Denison,
CNP

Meet Lori Denison, a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated her life to improving the health of families and children.

​

Lori received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Spalding University, a private, Catholic university in Louisville, KY.  Having worked in family medicine since graduation she has gained extensive experience in the field. She is also a board-certified practitioner of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP).

​

In addition to her clinical experience, Lori has also volunteered at Mission Lexington and Refuge Medical Clinic. She has been a guest author for Health & Wellness magazine and a featured guest on the Family Practice Show, showcasing her knowledge and passion for healthcare.

 

Lori loves to teach and precepts nurse practitioner students regularly, passing on her wealth of knowledge to the next generation of healthcare professionals. She currently serves patients from all over the Bluegrass State, providing exceptional healthcare services to families and children.  

​

When Lori is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. As a mother of 2 girls & 2 boys, she understands the importance of family and takes pride in treating her patients like her own. She is an avid reader and enjoys photography in her spare time. She loves to travel to warm regions and make trips to Disney World, creating unforgettable memories with her loved ones.  She has a dog named Frodo.

Tristan Griffith,
Administrative Assistant

Tristan is a lifelong native of Lexington, Kentucky.  He is currently a student at BCTC, majoring in secondary education with an emphasis in English.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing his guitar, hiking, and listening to classic rock music.  He has a Cavapoo named Toby.

Kaitlyn Mitchell,
Medical Assistant

Kaitlyn is a lifelong native of Nicholasville, Kentucky.  She is currently in the pre-nursing program at BCTC and aspires to become a neonatal nurse one day.  In her spare, time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Colin Kessler, 
Administrative Assistant

Meet Colin, a Sophomore at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Chemical Engineering.  Colin received an academic scholarship to attend UK.  Colin aspires to be a commercial airline pilot one day.
